PE coating has high cost-effectiveness and is suitable for inland dry areas, with a service life of 5-8 years; The HDP coating doubles its UV resistance and is suitable for tropical and subtropical sun exposure environments, with a lifespan of 10-12 years; PVDF fluorocarbon coating has top-notch weather resistance and can be used stably for 12-15 years in severely corrosive environments in coastal and industrial areas, without fading, powdering, or cracking.
The color system covers the full set of RAL international color cards, and supports customized metal texture colors and imitation wood/stone grain printing. The thickness of the front and back coatings can be adjusted as needed. The front primer is 5 μ m+topcoat is 15-20 μ m, and the back is 5-8 μ m epoxy protective coating. The coating adhesion meets the standard, and there is no peeling or peeling phenomenon after repeated bending. The substrate thickness is 0.14-2.0mm, the width is 600-1250mm, and the zinc layer can be selected from 30-275g/㎡.
