PE ordinary polyester coating is the most commonly used and economical coating in the market. The RAL full-color series can be customized. The service life of outdoor dry inland environment is 5-8 years, with moderate resistance to ultraviolet radiation and acid rain. It is not suitable for coastal areas with high salt spray and heavy industrial pollution. Suitable for inland factories, temporary prefabricated buildings, agricultural fences, and low-cost small-scale roofing projects in Southeast Asia, it is also the first choice for small and medium-sized buyers to purchase in bulk, with outstanding cost-effectiveness. HDP high weather resistant polyester coating is specially developed for tropical and subtropical sun exposed areas. The coating contains anti UV stabilizers, and its weather resistance is twice that of ordinary PE coatings. It can be used stably outdoors for 10-12 years and is not easily faded or powdered under long-term sun exposure. It can be used normally in mild salt spray environments. The permanent factory buildings, storage roofs and external walls of commercial buildings suitable for coastal cities in Southeast Asia, high temperature desert regions in the Middle East and tropical African countries are currently the middle and high-end coating products with the largest demand in countries along the the Belt and Road. PVDF fluorocarbon coating is a high-end and long-lasting anti-corrosion coating. The molecular structure of fluororesin is stable, and it has excellent resistance to ultraviolet radiation, salt spray, and industrial corrosion. Its service life can reach 12-15 years in severe salt spray and chemical industrial areas along the coast. It has minimal color difference and strong coating toughness for long-term outdoor use. It will not crack or peel off in extreme temperature difference environments. The disadvantage is that the raw material cost is relatively high, the procurement budget is higher, and it is suitable for high-end light steel villas, coastal port factories, high-end commercial buildings, and precision equipment decorative panels in Europe and America. PVDF fluorocarbon color coated coils are preferred by customers in developed countries in Europe and America.
Except for differences in weather resistance, the processing characteristics of the three types of coatings are basically the same, and they can all be bent, stamped, and processed into corrugated sheets; The substrate is uniformly made of hot-dip galvanized steel coil, and the zinc layer is 30-275g/㎡, which can be freely matched.
